中國推出一個新的網路電子地圖：天地圖



衛星影像的圖資蠻新的，據英國BBC新聞報導：
中國證實「天地圖」數據來自國外


以台北縣市 銜接三重 板橋 剛通車的新北橋都有
還有台北花博的一些場地...

不過 花了好幾天的時間試用
就只能看到大台北地區 其他的地方都看不到...

還有就是 就矢量(向量)而言 只能到縣市的階段
而且公路編號也採用中國的那一套 實用性實在不高~

據新聞報導 華爾街日報周五引述消息
「微軟將在11日發表一系列採用全新Windows Phone 7
　(WP7)作業系統的智慧型手機
　緊接著4周後將由美國電信業者AT&T獨家銷售...」

當然 我比較關注的是手機在360VR方面的功能
在YouTube看到WP7有這樣的一個App

感覺像是運用photosynth技術的圖像結合
也像是SONY相機的Panorama Sweep功能
直接拍一堆畫面 然後就構成一個完整或是局部的環景
這用來隨手記錄生活週遭畫面 應該是個不錯的手機應用軟體~

可以迅速放大縮小圖像 很適合GigaPixels~

如果說可以用來瀏覽360環景的影像
也就是說天空、地面以及四週的影像都可以拖曳、放大檢視
那就真的是太理想了!

Google地圖上的省道公路里程標記

最近在規畫一些拍攝的行程
很自然地使用Google地圖來規劃路線與標示取材點

再使用Google地圖中
發現地圖可以顯示省道公路的里程數
這對於開車找地點非常有幫助~

因為Google有提供街景
很自然地會利用Google的360街景來檢視現場情況

當然 不是每個地方都有360街景
但基本的省道沿線 幾乎都可瀏覽360街景

不過 這同時也發現了一個問題
那就是地圖上的里程標示與實際的公路里程牌位置有一些誤差

以台九線的100km標記為例
地圖上的座標為 N24.61437, E121.823224
而街景車所拍到的地點為 N24.61536, E121.821524
兩點之間差距約有200公尺...

仔細研究 地圖上的標示點是由勤崴科技(Kingway)所提供的
每個標示點的位置也是均等100公尺的距離
而街景車所拍到的實體里程牌 則會有或多或少的差距

這也就是說 當以GPS進行導航的時候
要注意到公路里程牌跟實際的距離會有誤差~

原本想要一一檢測每一條省道的長度
只是Google地圖所提供的"路徑規劃"太聰明了
並不會笨笨地遵照著某一編號的公路行進
要完成單一編號的路長度 有一點困難
(當然啦 是可分段進行...)
但 可確定的是 最長的省道是台九線~

另外一個更"厚工"的
那就是找出街景車拍到公路里程牌的360畫面位置
這可要花費不少的功夫呢!
